An inventory is a complete listing of decoration, fixtures and fittings and furniture content. The report will list each and every item that makes up the property from the colour of the ceiling to the number of plug sockets.
Done in the correct way, an inventory will ensure the condition of the property and all its contents are recorded accurately at both check-in and check-out, therefore reducing the possibility of any dispute over missing items between Landlord and Tenant.
